From novice to Deputy Sector Marshal, all of our volunteers have the opportunity to hone their skills and develop their leadership qualities, with some progressing to take on the leadership of a whole sector as a Chief Sector Marshal.

We need at least 600 marshals for every session of a race event, most make friends for life and stay part of the marshals family throughout the year. You will always be made to feel welcome no matter where you go on the TT course, people from all walks of life come together to volunteer their support to one of the biggest motorsport events in the world.
